Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon of oil
- 1 tea glass of orzo or vermicelli
- 1 glass of bulgur
- 2.5 glasses of water
- Salt, black pepper
Preparation
- Heat the butter and oil in a pot and fry the vermicelli or orzo until they turn caramel color.
- Add bulgur and fry for a few more minutes.
- Add hot water, salt, black pepper and bulgur. First, boil it a few times over high heat. Then close the lid of the pot. Cook over low heat until the water evaporates.
- Remove the pot from the stove and let it brew for 10 minutes.
