Bulgur Pilaf

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon of oil
- 1 medium onion
- 2 green peppers
- 1 tablespoon pepper paste
- 1.5 cups bulgur for pilaf
- 3.5 glasses of water
- Salt, red pepper, black pepper
- 1 tablespoon butter (for topping)
- Salt
- 1 teaspoon of chili pepper
- Half bunch of dill, chopped
Preparation
- Chop the onion and fry it with butter and oil until it softens.
- Add peppers and pepper paste. After mixing a few times, add hot water, salt, spices and bulgur. First, boil it a few times over high heat. Then close the lid of the pot. Cook over low heat until the water evaporates.
- Melt the butter for the topping, add salt, spices and chopped dill and taste. Remove from stove.
- When the pilaf absorbs the water, open the lid of the pot and pour the spicy mixture. Mix gently and close the lid of the pot again. Serve after letting it brew for 5 minutes.
